"Great place! Would love to come back! Having the beach steps away was awesome. Very responsive team. Had a couple of minor issues that we reported and were promptly resolved. The property is super well located, steps to a Winn Dixie and 5 minute drive to the pier. Plenty of amenities. AC vents could use some cleaning, but overall this is a dream place."

"repeat stay! - This is a great townhouse in a great location. Its on the calmer west side but still a short car ride to most everything you want in PCB. Theres a grocery store right across the street. You can walk to Mcguires Irish pub and theres a few shops further down. Whiskeys saloon/Liquor store is directly across the street and sometimes you can hear the music but its never bothered us. The best thing is the view and being able to walk out the back door to the sand! If you ever try it you'll never stay in a high rise again. "

"Good Beach condo - It was smaller than what I’m used to but big enough. Very clean. Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and there’s a bar across the street that was noisy. Great location being on the beach. Ideal for adults and not small children because of the bar noise. "

"Clean and right on the beach - My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. A few things to note:1. There is a Kureg Coffee maker in the kitchen and NOT a coffee pot as the listed described. That was kind of a bummer for us since we were prepared to brew our own coffee. Not a huge problem. But it would have been nice to know ahed of time. The listing said that it had a coffee maker. 2. The cable TV is horrible. The signal went in and out the whole time we were there. Some channels would work one minute and not the next. 3. There were actually a good bit of beach equipment there on the back porch which was nice. I am assuming that it was all just accumulated from previous guests that left them behind. The listing did not mention it.4. The grill was really nice. Clean new gas grill and it also had a charcoal grill.5. Terrific view of the gulf from the master bedroom.6. The fan in the 2nd bedroom was not working. The kids were not happy that they did not have a fan to sleep with.7. Be prepared to hear all of the loud music coming from the bar directly across the street on Friday and Saturday. During the week it was fine. But it was super loud on Friday and Saturday. Did not quiet down until 2am.We would probably stay here again. The whole place has recently been remodeled and that was really nice. "

"Great location, well stocked with all the necessities. I realize you shouldn’t count on there being beach supplies so they don’t say there are but they have lots of sand toys some chairs and a few umbrellas. So if you are flying in you don’t have to worry about buying anything until you see what they have. Showers could use a good grout scrub but other than that very clean!!"

"We could not have picked a better place to stay while visiting. The entire place felt like home away from home. The view out of the master bedroom is amazing and the bed was comfy. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The view and the sound of the ocean while sitting on the patio was relaxing. We had a small issue with the spare bedroom fan while we were there but the staff was quick to respond and had someone out to fix the issue in less than a couple hours.
If you are looking for the perfect family friendly place to stay, this is it. The beach out the back door, along with your own private patio and wash off area make it ideal for the whole family. Plus there is a grocery store right across the way, making it easy to grab anything you may need. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will certainly stay here again!"

"Family Vacation - Perfect week long vacation with my family. Our new favorite place to stay. Beautiful views with a short trail to the beach from the back porch. You have your own little private beach never crowded no matter what time of day you go out. The inside was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. "Awesome place to Vacay! - House is beautiful and Sonya is a great host. I’ve been visiting PCB for close to 40yrs and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s on a quiet side away from packed high rise hotels but still close enough to get to the hot spots quick. There’s a grocery store right across street for those quick needs. The views are spectacular and the house has all the things you need. I highly recommend this home and will stay here again!"

"Family vacation/Bike week - We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away. "Wonderful stay! - House is fantastic!! Unfortunately my infant won’t be an infant next year so we won’t be able to stay here again because we will be over the limit and we are so sad about that because the location is perfect!! There is a Winn Dixie right across the street, so that makes getting anything you need a breeze! We LOVED being able to walk back and forth so easy from the beach, made having a baby at the beach so much easier! The house was so cute and the view is amazing!"

"Perfect Beach Stay! - My husband and I stayed here recently and enjoyed it incredibly. You can tell it’s newly remodeled with how nice/clean everything is. Gorgeous deck just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. Beach chairs and toys provided, which is a huge plus when flying in! Close to the main pier (Panama city beach) but not too close that you feel crowded. I will 100% be booking this place again and may just make it a tradition each year. Sonia, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to get ahold of!"

"Perfect Vacation Rental - The most wonderful vacation rental. It is in the perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need but the best part is the deck and ability to just step out the back door and into the sand. Beach was quiet and super easy to set up a blanket or beach tent to spend the day on the beach. Also right across the street from a grocery store. Basically everything you could ever need nearby but honestly with the beach so easy to access you may never want to leave."

"Quiet beach, walking distance to fun! - We loved this location! The beach was practically private and absolutely beautiful. When we could pull ourselves away from the water or lovely back deck we were a nice walk from the Pier and Pier Park. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie board from the chest on the patio. The grocery store across the street was very handy as well. We walked to the pier several mornings and really enjoyed our trip to St. Andrews State Park. Sonya was a lovely host with great positive energy. She was attentive and made certain we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a memorable friends week!"

It’s like you have your own little slice of heaven on the beach. This location doesn’t boast much of a crowd. It is close to many attractions, including shopping, restaurants, and Pier Park.
