"Emerald Coast Retreat's team was very high on communication and also answered questions quickly. Check in instructions were great. There is a separate charge for the parking that you have to go find the information to register, security left us a "nasty gram" on the truck. Overall, the place was very comfortable and met our needs. My only advice would be to change out the carpet soon as it does have an old odor, but everything else was very clean. Maybe some complimentary coffee for the first morning would have been a nice touch, there isn't anywhere to get it at the complex, you have to go offsite or bring it with you. There is a coffee maker there however if you bring your own. Recommeded for amazing beach front property convenience!"
