There’s a sleeper sofa in the entryway and an additional pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them around the 4-person bar or 8-person dining table. After a day in the sun, unwind in the inviting living room with a movie. "Good house reasonable price - We've stayed at a lot of places in PCB. This house was perfect for our family. 1 block from private beach access, own private pool, and perfect arrangement for family time and then seperate private living quarters in the pool house for the wife and I to escape the (college and high school age) kids in the main house."

"We had a great experience! The host was fantastic—super responsive and thoughtful. I really appreciated the couch covers since I brought my dog. It showed that cleanliness was a priority, and the home was much cleaner than most pet-friendly Florida beach rentals. The location was convenient to everything, and it was perfect for our family visiting from South Dakota. A few small downsides (just personal preference): the beach is about a 5–10 minute walk depending on your pace and the pool is fairly shallow—around 4ft deep. The private beach doesn’t allow dogs. However, there is a great dog-friendly beach just a 10-minute drive down the road. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely come back!"

"My family and I absolutely loved our rental at Emerald Coast Retreat in Panama City Beach. It was a beautiful house, walking distance to the beach with private access, and close to all the shops and restaurants. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. We were actually sad to leave. We wished the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the beautiful pool, but maybe next time!! The host was always available for any questions I had and last minute I decided to add another night. I was able to do so easily due to the host being so responsive. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful and fun place to spend some time away from home."
