*All guests will be required to pre-register to receive a parking permit. The registration fee is $50.00+tax per vehicle, per reservation. You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass/passes online via email. All guests must be pre-registered before arrival to access the property.

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 stories high rise only 0.4 miles from Pier Park and within walking distance to Gulf World! Park in the covered parking garage and walk across the air-conditioned walkover into the Grand Lobby surrounded by water gardens. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool, and a hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Additional amenities are a poolside café with WIFI and TVs, a poolside grilling area, and 4 high-speed elevators so there is little wait time between the FUN. We had a wonderful time at Aqua 1207 ! Great location and stunning views of the ocean. We had 7 adults and it was accommodating for all of us. We did use the sofa bed but there are extra linens and clean sheets available for this as well. Overall we would book here again!

This unit was just beautiful! Well decorated and stocked…beds were comfortable. Master bath has a broken shower head that needs addressed but that was the only issue. Would book here again!

Spacious and well furnished

We had an excellent stay and especially liked the furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. Elevators were easy to access and not crowded.

Great location and view!

My family had a wonderful time staying here! We would stay at the Aqua Resort again and even the same unit. Overall 5 stars! It was beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the beachfront view. Parking was convenient with the skybridge. The front room with the bunk beds - the blinds were broken and the ladder to the top bunk was not secure on one side upon our arrival. This was no real inconvenience to us but just wanted the owners to be aware if it had not already been brought to their attention.

Great Stay
