Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo features a spacious floor plan with a beautiful balcony and spectacular views! You will find a king master bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, and twin over twin bunk beds in the hallway making this condo sleep 6 comfortably. In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 stories high rise only 0.4 miles from Pier Park and within walking distance to Gulf World! Park in the covered parking garage and walk across the air-conditioned walkover into the Grand Lobby surrounded by water gardens. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool, and a hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Additional amenities are a poolside café with WIFI and TVs, a poolside grilling area, and 4 high-speed elevators so there is little wait time between the FUN. Emerald was great!! Great location and just as described! Loved that it was across the street from Shuckums(our all time favorite place to eat). From the bedroom you could hear the karaoke but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend staying here!! We will be back!! Thanks for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay, very cozy condo, clean, bright and good location. Walkable to a few restaurants, Walmart close by. Pools were fun. Beach chairs and umbrella a huge plus. Overall great place to stay.

Good location, very basic set up. Most Airbnb’s we have stayed at at least have some basics (coffee filters, salt, pepper, extra trash bags, etc). I was not a fan of the parking but again just different for me. Not bad in any way just make time to haul all your things.

This was a great place for a week. It's exactly as it looks in the photos, and the parking was easy with the Skywalk. The only tiny thing was the shower pressure in the primary bathroom was a little slow, but aside from that, I'd 100% recommend this room to anyone.

You said ‘no towels on the beach or pool area’ so you should provide a couple beach towels.
The shower in the master bathroom only sprayed a trickle - not enough for a shower. We showered in the second bathroom.
We loved the location and balcony view right on the beach! Condo was lovely with furnishings and decor!
The instructions about getting the parking pass and getting it validated were confusing.

Location was great! Close to everything you need! Parking was on the other side of the main building but Accra was great! The apartment was super clean, updated, and spacious. Wonderful views of the Gulf. The AC was ok but hot for me, the 74 was warm for me, but they have a fan available. The hot water runs out really fast. Overall the stay was spectacular.

Lovely condo. We really enjoyed it here. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, had everything we needed and the bathtub was lovely. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Our only 2 complaints were that the WiFi password was not where the instructions stated (we did finally find it under the tv but it was not on the fridge as stated) and the queen bed was quite uncomfortable. We would still stay here again!
