Aquavista is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of Panama City Beach. With only two eight-story towers (two elevators per tower) and just a short walk to grocery stores, drugstores, and many other shopping areas, this resort is very popular for its low-density beaches and convenience!

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. The condo was accurately described. Perfect location. The beds were comfortable. The only negative is that there isn't a curtain in master bedroom, just blinds, and even closed the lights outside are really bright so the room isn't dark. I would definitely stay here again. The beach chairs/umbrella was a great perk. The beach isn't overly crowded since this is a smaller building. It was very peaceful

Updated appliances and very clean

This condo was the best place I’ve stayed at PCB(5th years we’ve come down here)It was clean, updated appliances, nice master bathroom, plenty of room, nice view from balcony. Parking simple, pool clean, beach very close. The road construction was aggravating on main roads but construction is everywhere.

Nice condo with great view

We just stayed at this condo last week and loved it so much we extended our stay another day. The unit was updated and very clean. The only hiccups we had was that it took us a day and a half to sort out that the condo came with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The company that manages the chairs stated there were only two but they finally got everything squared away. Also on our way home we were called and asked if we took the duvets from the beds. I explained that everything on the beds (which I described to them) when we checked in were still there when we left. I called them back to check and they told me “oh it was a different unit sorry”. Otherwise we had a great stay and would rent this unit again for sure.

Cant be better located!

You can walk to the beach or walk to the grocery store and restaurants just by crossing the street. Beach is not crowded at all, clean as can be considering you are at the front of the beach. Definitely recomended
