Really greatful to spend almost a week at this place. Crispy clean bedding, white fluffy towels ( please keep it this way :) ) , no funky smell at the townhouse. Such a peaceful location- can have a morning coffee all by yourself on the whole entire beach. Thank You! Will be back :)

We loved our time in Panama City Beach at the Emerald Coast townhome. We were looking for a spot where our family of 5 could get away and enjoy some downtime together. This is a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the high rise condos. You can walk right out off the back porch onto the beach and have your own spot on the shore without a lot of traffic or general public. It felt secluded and very safe. and when you needed a new towel, drink, or some extra sunscreen, a 30 second walk from the Gulf to the porch was all it took. And the beach sand was the classic sugar sand beautiful white sand known for the Florida Panhandle with clear clean aqua blue ocean water. So awesome!
A convenience store and small grocery store are within walking distance to the townhome for those quick purchases when food, drinks, or supplies ran out.

This was a much needed get away for my family and I after putting in 15 hrs daily. I can’t tell you what it meant to us to have an easy check in process after our drive only to be greeted by beautiful straight through views of white sand touched by beautiful emerald and blue waves. Excellent finishings appliances spacious bed and baths, with beautifully covered lower patio with ample seating shower for sandy bottoms and excellent upper patio full of views and relaxation. The perfect end to perfect days. In the words of Arnold I’ll be back

Wow the location is amazing and the view even better than expected! Home was very beautiful and updated a great place to stay with your family or friends. My favorite part was the private beach not too crowded and just a walk away! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. A few places even in walking distance like the doughnut shop which has AMAZING doughnuts and the pizza was pretty good too! If your looking for a very relaxing and quiet place to stay look no further.

We booked this air bnb last minute for a spring break trip for the kiddos and this home was beautiful! Check in was simple and easy once the instructions were given. Steps right to the beach with beautiful views from both second floor balconies and the main ground balcony! All amenities listed were included. If you’re still thinking about it, book it! You won’t be disappointed!

What a Gulf View!! Both from lower level and upper level. House was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and cookware, a chef's dream. Beds very comfy. Great TVs. Main level very roomy for a group. There is an old rug on the upper level that was rolled up and shabby, had some rainy days and the odor wasn't pleasant when you sat up on top.

Host was great, easy to communicate with. The house was amazing, views of sunsets from either deck were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. So close to the water, just right out the back door. The family was very impressed with this home and hope to be back next year!

This was a beautiful townhouse for our fall break! The views right our private walk to the beach were perfection and we wouldn't hesitate to return. There is plenty of space for a family to stretch out inside and outside as well. The kitchen had tons of utensils, cookware, and dishes. Some VRBO's have salt, pepper and some basics like that...this one does not. Pack or plan to buy all of your essentials. The only things that I can think of that needed attention were: the bunkbed (maybe it was not assembled well or has just had a lot of use), the upstairs outdoor rug was in shreds and an umbrella was needed up there, and outdoors needed some working solar lights to help light the path. Truly, this is a great place and I hope we can return.

Perfect townhome !!!! Walk out your back door and you are on the sand. Very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Stocked with anything you need. Near grocery stores, etc without getting into the PC traffic. We will definitely be staying here again !!!!
