Calypso Tower III is one of Panama City Beach’s newest resort properties, offering modern amenities and a prime location near Pier Park. Guests enjoy access to a large zero-entry pool, hot tub, fitness center with pool views, poolside cabanas, onsite café, and easy beach access via the neighboring towers.

Please note: Calypso requires a $60 parking registration fee per vehicle (max of 2). Instructions will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities, including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic-size pool, and a Kids Splash Pool.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in PCB. We were very comfortable. The condo had all of the basic necessities. We had a wonderful view of the NYE fireworks at Pier Park. I was very impressed with the fact that I was not disturbed at all by other people staying beside, above, or below us. The location was walking distance to Pier Park. Had the weather been warmer, we would have walked to the Pirates Voyage show too. Top Golf was also close enough to walk. It was a great stay. I would definitely return.

Dirty

We’ve stayed at this resort previously and have enjoyed it. The condo itself was nice and updated, however, the condo was not very clean. The floor was gross, bathroom in the master bedroom was dirty as well.

I loved this condo! Clean, comfortable family room furniture and beds. Loved that the balcony had a table with chairs and several lounging chairs. Friday night there was a singer by the pool, I loved how it carried to our room on the 20th floor.
Those arriving need to know that this condo is ocean view, not ocean front. This room is located in Tower 3 which is across the street and angled for a great ocean view. Beach access is best from the 3rd floor. There is a walkway over the road located in the garage.
Condo had a beach wagon that we used to load all of our items. That was a wonderful bonus feature!
Be prepared to pay for parking. I somehow missed that blurb in the advertisement. Our condo offered 2 parking passes at 60 dollars a piece.
