We had a wonderful stay in PCB! This condo had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean. The kids loved the bunk bed. I liked that this unit is close to the elevators. We walked to a couple of restaurants nearby and walked across the street for ice cream, donuts, and an arcade. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our 3- and 5-year-old over the week of Spring Break in April, and absolutely loved our stay! The condo is well-maintained, and it is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the little details. Check-in was simple, and just make sure not to leave your car unattended for too long at the front of the building when unloading luggage, as we heard they will fine you. Parking is simple and plentiful. The beds are comfortable, the place was very clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of dish soap, detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for the 5 days we were there. The view is fantastic from the 16th floor- the elevators are lightning fast, which was also a plus. The building itself is well maintained, and we enjoyed the options of the beach, the pool next to the beach, and the resort-style pool across the street (accessed by a covered walkway with bar area). The management team is very responsive, and I would definitely come back here again :)

We had an amazing stay. It was a great pool deck and the beach is just beautiful. We loved being close to everything and even rode e-bikes down to St Andrew's State Park because people drive really slow on the roads around there. The place was really clean and we loved how open it felt. Nice TV's and the kitchen was great to cook in. We spent a lot of time on the Great balcony. We pulled up the table to play games and have breakfast right in front of the windows. Fabulous stay 💙💚🩵

We loved our stay, the Condo was neat and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay in beautiful weather. Our kids loved the Condo and the easy access to the beach and pools. Christine was responsive and provided us all the information needed. There are plenty of beach toys which saved us the hassle of bringing our own. Getting to the condo from the parkinglot can be a bit confusing on the first day but doing it once or twice makes it very easy. There is one pool and hot tub right next to the beach while other pool, bath tub and arcade are located on the parking garage side. The condo is walking distance to Alvin island and good resturants. Please do bring your own coffee and condiments if staying for longer. I would suggest to add few board games to the Condo as well.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this condo in Panama City Beach! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The balcony views were amazing and perfect for morning coffee and sunset watching. The location made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful and clean. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen which was a plus for us to be able to have a pantry to put our food. The view was gorgeous. Location was convenient to most everything. Only down fall was the elevator situation. So many elevators to get to different area. Once we learned the elevators it was all ok.

We had an amazing time! The condo exceeded our expectations, with a breathtaking view of the beach that inspired us every day. Our kids had an absolute blast, and Christine's attentiveness was truly uplifting. The check-in process was seamless, and we were thrilled to experience no issues whatsoever. One evening, however, the door code didn't work, but Christine sprang into action, promptly resolving the issue and sending a mechanic to fix it within minutes. She even checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed, and generously provided an umbrella for our beach adventures. This was my second time staying at this particular location and once again it did not disappoint! Everything was exactly like it said, the place was extremely clean and all the amenities were just as they were described. Christine, the property manager, is amazing! My trip was planned for the week the attic weather moved into Alabama where we don’t get snow or ice. With the threat of roads being closed, I messaged Christine to see if I could come down that day instead of waiting until the following day when I would be snowed in. She went above and beyond to make it happen. She was quick to respond to any questions if I had any. Working with Christine alone would make me book again. The Runaway Island Restaurant next door had weekday lunch specials for $12 and the food was delicious. There is a donut place right by the property as well. The main parking deck is under construction so parking is a little further back than normal but I was able to pull right up to the building to load and unload. There is a 24 hour shuttle that runs from the condos to the parking deck. I ended up walking the majority of the time just for a little exercise. Overall, this is a great place to come and stay if you are looking for a getaway with a family, friends, or even a solo traveler like me!

Everything was a twelve out of ten, perfect! The condo had everything that you would need to for a nice day at the beach (cooler, chairs, kids beach toys, etc). There are several really good restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks for morning coffee. I highly recommend the market/steamer across the street for fresh seafood, which I would bring back for a private seafood dinner on the balcony. Christine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and getting into the condo went seamlessly. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

We came here for my daughters 5th Birthday wish! Everything was so easy, to check in, the bands used, and recommendations from the owner. A big surprise was the large soaking tubs in each bathroom that everyone in the family gave a whirl. The space was so accommodating, it had every linen needed, including beach towels! My daughter loved looking for shells with the provided toys. We loved this space and will definitely recommending it to others!

This was by far the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in. The 3 of us had plenty of room. That 2nd bathroom was sure a lifesaver. The view of the ocean from this floor was amazing! The beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler provided came in very handy. The elevators going down to the beach got to be a bit tricky, but it was totally worthwhile! The area that the condo is in was pretty busy, but a lot of attractions and restaurants are within walking distance, so it works out. All in all, this was a great find and we’ll definitely be back! The host (Christine) was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a few very minor issues on the front end of our vacation but she worked them out very quickly!

Great location with a semi private beach away from other tourists. Super close to other attractions in PCB. 16th floor is ideal for views of the ocean and especially the sunset. The unit was perfect. The kitchen had eventing we needed to make meals for our family of six for the whole week. Plus the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys made it easy for us to hit the beach while leaving our own stuff back at home. The owner was super responsive when we had questions during the stay. Check out the authentic Mexican restaurant and home made ice cream shop across the street too! Spring breakers were a bit noisy when we arrived in mid afternoon, but things quieted down nicely by the time our little ones went to bed.

The view was amazing, the condo was large with king bed, two couches and bunk beds. The condo was very clean with everything we needed for a week. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were a little uncomfortable only because they would not stay tucked in. Other than that it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was wonderfully clean, had gorgeous views, and was just what we needed. We live in this beautiful town of Panama City Beach and wanted a special way to celebrate my birthday weekend. We live inland and wanted to experience what it was like to wake up and end the day looking at the beach. Those views were right outside our door. The condo was also a convenient walking distance to a couple of our favorite restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for a weekend getaway for a couple or small family.

This is a great property with a great owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. Upon entering we immediately knew this was a great place. It was clean, and well maintained. My husband and I booked this property last minute for an anniversary trip!! Communication with Christine was perfect. Involved enough to feel like you could reach out for anything but not annoying enough to feel like you were being stalked (have had a property manager insist on showing up and talking to our family in the past). Condo was super clean, well stocked! Loved the covers on the couches. Didn’t feel like I was sitting on years of ick and sand. Beautiful view! Absolutely to die for! Great furniture selection on balcony and we spent a lot of time out there. Great beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, etc to take to the beach. Didn’t need to take any with us. Great location. My husband and I walked to a lot of restaurants and activities. Great ice maker in fridge that kept our cooler full. Resort amenities are great and friendly staff. Very clean resort. Someone was always cleaning and painting. Only complaint would be due to no fault of the owner but the front wall where the bedroom is allows a lot of noise penetration from the road and late night guest headed to their rooms. There were a couple nights of being awoken to booming subs and loud exhausts as late as 1-2 am. Again, no fault of the owner and probably more of just a Panama thing. I would just be leery of having a little baby for fear of waking. Again, great condo! Super clean. Basic and not over decorated (which I love) and meets every need. Would definitely stay at this resort and exact same condo in the future!

This is a beautiful unit. Great view from the 16th floor. Air conditioning worked great. This is the most well-equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in throughout the years. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to use as well as a small cooler and beach towels. I especially appreciated the laundry basket. The condo was very nicely decorated and was very clean. We enjoyed staying here.

This condo was so amazing! They really have everything you need. There were a total of 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a few sand toys, and even several beach towels as well. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. The only issue we had with the condo building was a couple of the elevators were down, but once you got on the elevator it was extremely fast. Christine was also PHENOMENAL! One of our group got sick on check out day, and Christine gave us all the time we needed to get packed up. We will definitely be back here again!

It was great! We booked it less than a week before going down. Our questions were answered with great detail. If you ever need a place to stay for Thunder Beach it's really convenient to everything and there's trailer parking if needed. The view was amazing and it only took a couple minutes to get to the beach. Not having to bring or buy beach chairs, umbrellas, towels or coolers was great!

Excellent! Christine was awesome! Seriously in the tons of rentals I’ve stayed in, never was the host this great! She got us in early the day we got there, after driving all night from Michigan. Checked in on us periodically throughout the stay. To see if we needed anything. Beach towels were a huge plus. I hate packing towels. Condo stocked with every necessity. The only thing that was unfortunate, and wasn’t on the host or property owner, was that they were doing maintenance on the beach side pool, during spring break. (Bad on their part). We were with a group of 32, overall 7 condos rented from that property, we all said, it would’ve been nice to go up to the pool/tiki bar for a specialty drink. However, the pool on the other side was nice/available. Thank you, Christine:)

We would love to stay here again. This place was wonderful! It was easy to book and pay online. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. My favorite thing was to open the big doors and watch the water with my coffee every morning. It's also convenient to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Christine, the property manager, was very responsive and kind. She made sure our stay was comfortable. There wasn't anyone booked after us, so she contacted us with a special offer to stay an extra night. We were thrilled to have more time! My 7-year-old son left some of his stuffed dinosaurs, and Christine discovered them. She took good care of them and shipped them back home to us.

Loved that we didn't have to check in. The condo was as listed. We did have a problem with the tv but Christine was quick with a solution. The kitchen was not as stocked as I expected but then I cook a lot. I did wish for aome blackout curtains as the room never really got dark. Overall a nice condo unit in a wonderful complex in a great location. Only negatives are the furnishings seem to be a bit dated, the provided beach chairs are pretty worn out & the elevators can be hit or miss. Other than that everything was very good. The price was a bit less than other units, so I still feel it was a great stay. Christine was a great communicator. Would certainly recommend and stay again!

This was my first time using VRBO. Our 1st day was a little chaotic. We arrived at 10pm and our passcode to the door did not work. I was unable to get ahold of anyone associated with the property to help us out. We had to get a hotel for the 1st night of our stay. VRBO covered our stay at the hotel and the property owner refunded us a good amount of our money for the inconvenience. I imagine this is one of the only downsides to booking with a private owner vs a chain. However, I am very impressed with the customer service from both VRBO and Christine! The rest of our stay was wonderful! Great location, clean, beautiful view, and plenty of room for the 5 of us! We ended up booking an additional night onto our stay. We will 100% stay here again in the future.

We loved the place, it was everything listed. Christine was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our short stay the best possible. We arrived at the start of the Covid 19 scare and were only able to stay for half our trip. We made the decision to head back home before knowing they were closing the beach. Clean, well equipped, perfect view for miles!everyone agree on seafood for dinner we walked a cross the street to a place call Local Steamer seafood market, we order the seafood boil it was the most freshest delicious seafood that I've had in a long time, the manager is name Christine she kept in contact with me letting me know there were opening if I wanted to come early or stay longer,Christine knew I was coming to celebrate my birthday, when i open the door to the condo there was a Beautiful happy birthday banner!! I was so surprised! And she also sent me a pic of the veiw! so when i vacation, are celebrate in PC! I will stay at Emerald Beach Resort condo # 1628, and Christine is my new best friend!!!

As always it's spotless cleaning. I recomend this place always. Even though I didn't go to the beach, the jacuzzi was great Thank you Christine for another awesome stay!

The place was great, very confortable and spotless clean. The view amazing, drinking coffee in the morning looking the ocean, it's priceless. Reading the reviews, when I was booking, I noticed everyone was commenting how great Christine was. She is all what they say and much more!!! She will be there for you, she is on 24/7. She is the best property manager I have ever seen! I'll be back for sure!!! Don't look any further!!! That's the place!!!

friendly greeting, clean place no issues except the dryer did not dry the cloythes in a timely manner. Could use dishes that were not so heavy. Also need a list of items that are in the place so if something is missing you know who took it and charge them. Iwould use this place again.

Nice location close to the pier and stores. The condo was clean and everything promised was there. It is also close to the elevator but with enough distance to avoid hearing elevator noise. Communication with the owner was near real-time. She replies quickly. On top of that she texted us prior to our arrival to ensure the condo would be ready for us upon our arrival.

Christine was awesome throughout the entire process. She quickly responded to questions before and during our stay. The condo unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, and comfy for our family of 6. It was convenient to have cooking supplies, lots of food storage and washer/dryer in the condo. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The balcony view, beach access and pools were amazing. It was also great to have so many restaurants and stores nearby. I would recommend the owner invest in new bed linens and patio furniture. While it was nice to bypass front desk checkin, I recommend maybe directing guests to go to parking garage on left when checking in because it gets pretty hectic on Saturdays. Besides a few cosmetic updates, this was a great condo and pleasant way to spend our vacation. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Christine!

The condo was clean and the floor plan was awesome for our family. It was nice not having to buy/pack beach toys, umbrellas, towels, or chairs. Christine is wonderful! She went above and beyond and was available all the time for us... super sweet! We are planning our next get away and will return to this unit. Along side this unit the pools and tiki bar were great! There was so much for the kids to do and we walked to just about everything. We highly recommend booking this unit and with Christine.

We booked last minute, but the response time was very quick. Easy check in. Great beach front location near popular restaurants. The condo was clean, the kitchen had everything you need to cook with, there were beach chairs and an umbrella, and the view from the deck was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation! It started with the good communication from the owner right after booking, all the way through our stay. The property is clean, orderly, and well kept. The parking garage is also a nice convenience. There are two gas grills located on the parking garage side of the property that you can reserve as well. The Condo Unit itself was outstanding, and the pictures are what you are getting! I honestly had figured that the images I saw online were taken from an angle that made the unit seem larger...trust me they aren't. This is a VERY spacious 1 BR/2 BA condo. The full sized, well prepared kitchen and its appliances is a great plus compared to staying in a hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing, and quite peaceful at night while listening to the surf below. My family and I will be staying at this unit again.

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach. This condo was lovely, newly renovated and spacious. View was great. Owner/property manager lives in area and was quick to response to any questions or issues we had. Emerald Beach Resort had activities to keep us busy and meet people. Look forward to visiting again.

This place looks just like the pictures. I would stay here every year. Christine is so sweet and answers every question really quickly. The condo even had sand toys if you have childern. The SKY bar was really nice along with Starbucks. I CAN'T WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN

If you’re looking for a condo with a great view and price then look no further!! I searched for a long time before I finally decided on this one and I’m so glad that I did! The condo was very up-to-date and the cleanest I have ever stayed in! There were plenty of toys for my children, beach umbrella, chairs, and towels! Christine herself was amazing!! She made sure our stay was the best vacation we have ever had! Easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating! She even text to let us know we could check-in early. We will definitely be back to stay in this condominium next Spring. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!!

This condo was great! I loved the view. It was fully furnished with anything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, and sand castle toys! The bed and couch were very comfortable. The pools are amazing! The starbucks, skybar, and ice cream stand were an added bonus. Runaway Island is right next door within walking distance and was amazing! The owner was easily accessible and even text me to let me know I could check into the condo early! The condo has a code to the door, so no check in at the front desk is necessary. Everything was waiting in the room for me when we got there. Amazing experience!

Amazing views, the building is state of the art with a sky bridge and escalators that lead to shops and a Starbucks! Elevators take you straight to the beach, which is kept extremely clean! The water was exceptionally clear at emerald beach! The condo owner was very accommodating when I asked for recommendations! We will definitely be back and would 10/10 recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was breathtaking and the condo was so comfy. Christine took care of every detail and it surely made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this property to couples or families. The condo is spacious and clean. The 4 elevators are super-fast to the 16th floor. The resort is in a fantastic location on the beach and close to everything my husband and I needed. We parked the car in the covered parking garage and left it there. There's a small market right across the street that sells some food items, wine and beer. The seafood restaurant next door on the beach was excellent with live music, good prices and family friendly. There were also lots of other restaurants, bars and things to do within walking distance. The view, beach, pools and staff at the resort were all terrific. Thanks Christine!

We loved our stay at the condo! Walking in to this beautiful place after a long drive was exactly what we needed. We were able to relax and feel right at home. Loved have a separate master and bathroom, loved the washer/dryer and really enjoyed cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen! The balcony view is just breathtaking!!! I would definitely come back again!
