Built in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1,000 feet of Gulf-front property and is centrally located for easy access to all areas of the beach. It’s also within walking distance of Pier Park, and the resort’s walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. Resort amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, two hot tubs, a tiki bar, a full-service Starbucks, a fitness center, and a 10,000 sq. ft. convention center. One of the outdoor pools is heated seasonally, typically from November through early March, depending on weather conditions and resort management discretion. Please note that the main beachfront pool is usually not heated, while the north (street-side) pool near the parking garage and Starbucks is the one heated during the cooler months.
