Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built-in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort is within walking distance of Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, a full-service Starbucks, a fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.

Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

The view was nice. Balcony door extremely hard to open/close. Couldn’t get fan in master to come on regardless of which switches we used. Bunk beds directly beside door which shook everytime someone closed a door in rooms around ours. Unit is across from trash room as well so anytime someone used that door the unit door sounds like someone is coming in the rattling is so loud. Couldn’t get some outlets to work so couldn’t use bedside lamp and had to plug phones in the bathroom. Could not make couch into a bed due to the framing being installed incorrectly and unable to pull out. Tried using extra fan in closet because we couldn’t get it colder than 72 in the unit but it was very dirty and didn’t work when plugged in. Unit was very noisy overall.

Wonderful rental

Really nice rental condo. Beautiful ocean view and great furnishings. Main bedroom bed was comfortable but SO high to get in, my husband had to give me a push to get up in the bed and had to drop down to get out of it. Needed a step to get up in it. Husband even had trouble getting in. Had trouble with several electrical outlets as the top one won’t work but bottom one will or vice versus. Seems strange. Be sure to take kitchen towels as there was only one! Didn’t mention that on website. I had to order some from WalMart to be delivered. Would choose this condo again though, if we ever go back. You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful beach and complex.

The only thing with this room was his to get there it was this elevator then that one but again really there was no other way. Over all it was a nice stay and the people were very helpful and efficient

Kind of wish we had a map or some sort of instructions on how to get to the different amenities 😅 overall we loved this place! The view was beautiful from the room and balcony. It was quiet and relaxing for the weekend. We had a great experience and would love to do another trip here!

Exceptional

The convenience to restaurants and shopping. Fully furnished. The elevator process. With a stroller we had to take the elevator every time and had to go up and down too many times. The elevator's were also being worked on the whole week of our stay.

the place was great, super convenient location for beach access. Other than the parking across the street and having to take 3 elevators to get to the parking garage some days it was hard to beat!

We were vacation rental skeptics who were beyond thankful for this unit. Clean, up to date and a welcomed unit to make

This was our first time giving a vacation rental by an owner a try. We were thrilled to walk in and right away each member of the family was saying how nice the place was. And this unit being on the second floor gave us easy access to walk the steps to the beach. We were impressed that there was enough toilet paper and paper towels to get us through the week comfortably. Some friends were in units on the premises with other rentals and they were running low after just two days. We really appreciated not having to shop right away for paper products! The dishwasher seemed to be having trouble.

My family enjoyed our stay. The second floor balcony had great views and easy access to the pool and beach; perfect for a grandma and two small grandchildren. The staff and other guests were very friendly and it was a welcoming family atmosphere; kiddos loved the splash pool. The unit clearly explained all the wonderful amenities and services. It would be nice to have some beach chairs in the unit or a discount for the umbrella rentals as the rentals do cover most of the beach. If you get down there early, you can put up your own umbrella. I would definitely come again!
