**To ensure a comfortable stay and protect the home from coastal humidity, this property is climate-controlled. Guests are welcome to enjoy the balcony, but we kindly ask that sliding glass doors are not left open for extended periods (approximately 20 minutes max). This helps keep the home cool, fresh, and enjoyable for everyone.

You can also pick up your wristbands at the front desk. *
