This was a great condo! We enjoyed the spacious balcony with an unbeatable view. Very convenient to be able to walk right out to the beach too. The access to beach chairs was great, and we loved the pool too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Plenty of blankets and pillows were available. We found the kitchen dishes sufficient for our needs all week too. Overall, we had a great stay and would book this place again.

Loved, loved, loved our stay here. My fiance and I were just wanting a nice place right on the beach for a relaxing getaway. Emerald Isle fulfilled our expectations and everything was done in excellence. From the communication, location, aesthetic, cleanliness, and everything in between, we weren’t disappointed one bit. We loved the condo and the furnishings. It was clean and comfortable. The king size bed is on the firmer side. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and sunrise, priceless. My favorite was the balcony and the ample comfortable lounge furniture. The office staff was friendly and I borrowed a book from their library. The beach chair setup was included to our surprise. The building is close to restaurants and Pier Park. My husband was impressed with the Speed Queen washer /dryer, the 40 gallon water heater, and modern kitchen with updated appliances. The parking was $40 per car and you are allowed to park in the main garage as long as it isn’t marked. The photos accurately depict the condo. The unit is across from the elevators. The internet had a strong signal and there are Roku TVs in the living room and bedrooms. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle. The location was great, it was quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. Pier park is a short drive away and Mikes is a great restaurant across the street. The view from the 14th floor was gorgeous and the unit was very clean. Our hosts were very responsive.

Balcony is amazing. I love that the condo is right outside the elevators. The flooring was great and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The pullout couch was a great addition for our small kids that couldn’t sleep on the higher 2nd bed. The water stayed hot and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We always had a parking spot in one of the levels and never had to go across the street, but it would not have been an inconvenience if we had to. The on-site staff was extremely kind and approachable.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is so clean and the best location to everything! We had our mom who is in her late 60’s with us and we’re so appreciative that the walk to the car, to the condo, and beach were all so incredibly close! This property is really fantastic! Condo was clean as could be, rooms were so spacious too! Helen was very responsive and helpful. I booked at her other condo last year and had the exact same amazing results. The second bedroom was next to the elevators so that was a little difficult for the kids to sleep in considering the traffic around 5-6 am and the noise. BUT the fold out couch was a perfect solution to that and the kids slept like babies in there. My 11 year old daughter said it was her favorite place yet and that speaks volumes lol. The maintenance and security were so nice and informative and not over critical at all and that made the stay even more relaxing. Would 100 percent rent again!! And P.S., the balcony seating and amount of space will be worth every penny.

Great family vacation! This is one of the best places we have stayed in PCB. Condo was as described; very clean, safe, and convenient. We didn’t use much of the kitchen, but seemed very well-equipped for whatever cooking you may want to do. There were 2 great restaurants for dinner very close-by also. Just be prepared for a wait. Yes, you need to park across the street, but we were able to pull up by the elevators to unload and load when needed. They had luggage carts available, also, and the rest of the trip it was not big deal. Helen was a great host and very responsive. The beach access was great and the chairs/umbrella made my trip. The pool area was also excellent and enjoyable! Can’t wait to stay again!

When I walked in I was greeted with the smell of clean. The property didn’t just smell clean, it was clean. This is my first concern when I go somewhere like this and I was not disappointed with how clean it was. The property gave us plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and be comfortable. The view was spectacular and the balcony was huge compared to what I normally have at other condos on the beach. When the toilet flush handle fell off, a quick text to Miss Helen and she immediately sent maintenance to fix it. I can’t express my feelings of how happy this place made me. When I tell you it was the BEST place I have stayed in PCB just know that I say that with much enthusiasm. There were 4 elevators that worked great and rarely ever had to wait on one. The pools were very clean, the beach access was simple. Parking was great. The office staff was friendly and helpful with parking passes and pool wristbands. The security lady was so nice. I just could keep going. Trust me, you will love this location and room! Book it today!

We have been renting with Helen for many years and she always makes sure everything is perfect for us. The ocean view is amazing and it’s a wonderful place to stay with pools, one is heated and very big hot tub as well as a steam room and sauna by the gym for a nice workout. Right on the beach this condo complex is perfect with shopping and restaurants near by and a nice restaurant right across the street. You won’t be disappointed if you use Helen she is wonderful.

Overall, very clean and well-equipped, nice view, comfortable beds. Only one thing to recommend, and that is a detailed explanation of the TVs and remote controls. It was great to have three TVs, but it took a while to figure out one remote was missing and which went with what. The maintenance people were very helpful! Definitely would stay again!

I definitely would recommend staying at this condominium, had never stayed on the west end, but we really liked it. We had a great condo and excellent proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful week at Emerald Isle! Beautiful condo with an amazing balcony. The condo was very clean upon arrival and was perfect for our family. Elevators were fast and the beach was beautiful with wonderful sand. Views were fantastic from the spacious balcony which had very comfortable seating. The checkin process was very easy and simple. Helen was easy to contact and it was very easy to communication with her. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from the condo was excellant. We saw dolphins one morning and sea turtles one evening. The beach chairs made for very relaxing day on the beach. Everything you could need and want was available in the condo. This was our first time at PCB and our stay was great. Would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was perfect & the staff, that seems to be there around the clock, was great! The whole building, pool & elevator area were constantly kept clean & fresh smelling. The weekend beach service men were terrific. The weekday workers were not very good. Didn't start till at least 8:00. Umbrellas might be up by 11:00. Never volunteered to relocate umbrella. Always had to go ask.

Property was great! Easy access to the beach and great location. Minor issue with a leaking dishwasher but once contacted, repairmen were there within 10 minutes. Elevators were not working one evening upon our return from dinner, but the climb to the 14th floor makes a great story for our group of four 60+ friends! It was an awesome stay and getaway. This property was super clean, comfortable, and classy. The balcony is fabulous and has durable but comfortable furniture. The televisions can easily be connected to all the streaming services via rokus. The only negative is that the building was plagued with elevator issues over the weekend, but the problems were mostly resolved within 24 to 36 hours. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'll probably be back next year.

Stayed the week into Memorial Day weekend. Everything about this condo is wonderful! Great communication with owner. 14th floor is perfect! We saw stingrays, dolphins, sea turtles, schools of large fish and pelicans that flew at the level of our balcony!! Beautiful sunsets, full moon and starry nights. Bathroom vanities are large and have lots of drawers. Master bath has a huge walk in shower. Strong water pressure and lots of hot water! Closets are big and held all our suitcases so they were out of the way. Balcony furniture is super comfy and glass doors are large and heavy. The condo is very quiet. Ceiling fans are quiet too. Great location! Far enough out from busy area but easy to drive anywhere. Chairs on the beach are a really nice bonus and guys who set them up every morning are very attentive and friendly. Grounds are well kept and security cameras everywhere. There is even a guard on site. Always felt safe. People who live here are nice and the guests who stay here are nice too. Everyone is genuinely happy. Parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals just a short walk on south side of condo which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Money well spent and many wonderful memories made!!!

I went on a girls' trip with my sister and this lovely condo was just amazing! It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and firm. We were mere steps from the beach, and the free beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice! We especially appreciated that the security staff checked people for armbands. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in! We never turned on the TV--we just sat on the amazing balcony and watched the ocean. We can't wait to go back!

When we walked into the condo, you could smell how clean it was. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a rental so clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for three of us. Condo was tastefully decorated. Couches were comfortable. Convenient location to Pier Park. View was beautiful. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Indoor/outdoor pool was heated enough you could tell it was warmer. We did have some trouble trying to get the door locked. Never could figure it out, but that could’ve been operator error? Absolutely no complaints about this condo.

Helen was wonderful! We had originally booked our stay in March after another trip was canceled due to Covid. The day we were supposed to travel to Panama City the beaches were shut down. Helen allowed us to postpone our trip and even worked around my husband’s holiday schedule as our postponed dates neared. Communication was wonderful! The water was beautiful, condo well stocked, balcony perfect, bed was comfortable and the beach service a nice bonus! We would definitely recommend this condo!

Hands down I would recommend renting any unit from Helen. The condo was very clean, well maintained and felt cozy. We didn't feel like anything was missing. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The beds were a little on the firm side. I can't comment on the pillows because we bring our own. I would have liked total black-out curtains in the bedrooms, but the sun got us out of bed nice and early so we always had a great spot at the beach. The balcony was awesome! Beautiful views, great furniture and a spacious dining table. We ate out there most of the time. The only drawback was that the condo was right in front of the elevators. This might be a plus for some, but you do hear the elevators ding well into the night. The location was perfect for us. Far enough from the action so that the beach was not crowded. The elevators were small enough so that, with all of our beach stuff, we were never in them with any other people. This was added peace of mind for me with everything going on, especially since only a handful of people wore masks in the elevators. Overall we had an amazing stay. I was able to relax and get away from all the craziness for a week. THANK YOU HELEN!!!!!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this has been our favorite by far! The Balcony in this unit is amazing. Furnished so nice and is HUGE! We spent a lot of early morning and evening time on the balcony. It is a short walk to the sand - -not even a long pier to get there. This complex is right on the beach. The front row beach chairs were wonderful - -a real plus with this unit! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need - so much more than usual! The unit was clean and updated in every way. The one issue was that we rented a full size baby crib and it was a tight squeeze in the bedroom! But we made it fine. Our family will definitely try to get this unit on our next trip to the beach. Helen is a very attentive property owner and immediately responded to our needs. Thank You Helen!

This condo was amazing! The porch is amazing, the view is GORGEOUSSSS! The best condo we have stayed in - everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach setup included with your stay was wonderful, I loved not having to worry about setting up loads of stuff everyday, especially with kids. The only thing I would mention is the air had a hard time keeping up (even with the doors constantly closed). Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

Unit 1406 was wonderful. We spent lots of time on the balcony, which had amazing views and was nicely furnished. We saw quite a few dolphins and sea turtles, and even a manta ray. We enjoyed the front row beach chairs, as the weather was near 90 all week. The entire unit is nicely furnished. The ceramic tile is gorgeous, and there is plenty of high quality cookware. Parking was plentiful across the street, connected by a skywalk. We walked over to Mike's for dinner one night, and the food was very good. Pier Park is very close for shopping and dining. We watched the fireworks off the pier from our balcony on our last night.

My family and I stayed at Emerald Isle (#1406) for our PCB 2019 vacation, and didn't want to leave! We go to PCB every year, and will from now on always stay here! Our condo felt like home. It was clean and was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Any time I needed to contact the owner, Helen, all I had to do is text. She responded to right away. Loved the unit. Very spacious and the amenities were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the patio and the outdoor furniture was so nice and relaxing, a great place to enjoy the view and visit with family. Unit decorated nicely and very clean. The staff were friendly, the beach chair service lacked a little in our opinion, he was NOT the most attentive and made us take down the umbrella in the heat of the day two days in a row while no one around us had theirs down due to wind. People were baking in the sun and that is a lot of money to pay to bake. The property owner was easy to reach with questions.

Our experience renting this was perfect. In my opinion this place was better than described online. Everything was as it was supposed to be, place was clean, everything worked in the rooms, and the staff were very helpful with anything you may need. Beach access was right there with front row chairs and umbrellas. Even before the trip had some questions and was very easy to get in touch with the owner and get an answer. We were very pleased with the condo. It was well equipped, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The balcony is amazing. It is so large with comfy furniture. It has a place to eat and a separate sitting area to enjoy the view. It's on the west end of PCB which is nice as it is less crowded, but close to everything. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a fabulous plus. We can't be in the sun too long and these chairs with the umbrella allowed us to spend hours on the beach just steps from the water. Its hard to lug your own chairs and umbrella down to the water and its more to pack. This was convenient and a lot less effort on our part. We've stayed in quite a few rentals over the years, this by far is at the top of our list. I can't wait to visit again!

Our family had a great time while vacationing at PCB. The unit was very clean and we loved the Smart TV and DVD collection in the living area. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the sleeper couch was a nice touch. We also loved the included beach chairs with the rental as the cost of renting them can be very costly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. The only issues we had were more about the building and security rather than the unit. The parking spaces are a little tight when parking in the deck within the building and seem like they could become crowded during peak season, though not to worry as there was ample space across the street. The only other downside was the armbands that had to be worn at all times on the property - we loved that there was tight security but wish the band was of higher quality as once you put it on it does not come off without being cut (similar to a hospital arm band). We would love to see a removable arm band or a reusable band. Regardless we would absolutely stay in the same unit again!

I don’t want to write this amazing review because then it might start to book up and we won’t be able to use it again when we want to! ;) This was an amazing hidden gem. Super clean, well stocked with initial necessities, and just as described online. The deck was so spacious and we spent a lot of our evenings there since we had two little kids that needed to go to bed early. The convenience to the beach made this mama’s trip so enjoyable. While the building was busy we rarely heard others and only had to slightly wait on elevators on Memorial Day. We have nothing but good things to say about this rental! We plan to rent this place again the next time we can get a few days off of work.

We had such a wonderful time making sweet memories with family. The condo made our visit a lot nicer. Was just as described and more. We will return in the years to come and stay at the same place.

Our stay in this lovely condo was great. My family was very pleased. There were 5 of us traveling and the unit was roomy, cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony. The view was simply amazing. The condo was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Only thing I could not find was a hand mixer, but I know there had been one there because the beaters were in the drawer, but anyway that was not a big deal. There were plenty of dishes, flatware and cookware.The large smart-TV was great for movie night. The unit appears as it does online and Helen was responsive and pleasant to deal with. You will not be disappointed ! Go for it!

My adult children and I had a great time in PCB during our stay in this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved having beach service! I highly recommend this place. The lanai was so big and I was so happy that there was actual, comfy outside furniture! The view was spectacular!! I have never stayed anyplace in PCB that we enjoyed more. Had an incredible time staying in this condo. Very comfortable furnishings, spacious, enough kitchen utensils, etc. The balcony was the best part. It was huge and could fit at least 8 people comfortably. Fantastic ocean views! Despite being on the 14th floor we never waited long for an elevator. Close to Pier Park. Had front row beach chairs even when we didn't make down early. The only issue was the pool area. There are 2 pools and both are very very small. Only a half dozen people could fit and that is if you are standing around. Only 6 or so loungers around 1 of the areas. **But you don't go to the beach for the pools! Would rent here again in a heart beat. FYI - skip Pompano Joe restaurant - horrible food.

This condo was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and a large balcony with a gorgeous view! The second bedroom is by the door so there was a bit more noise from people coming and going but wasn't a problem for us. The condo is located across from the elevators but there are four elevators very well spread apart so noise wasn't any louder than it would be for any other condo with people walking by. The beach chairs were a great addition and the beach was perfect. The pools are relatively small but we spent most of our time on the beach. Helen was wonderful to work with. We would stay here again!

We were so impressed with this condo! It is updated, spacious and has a view for days!!! The beach chairs included were an awesome bonus! We walked across the street for dinner one night. It was better than places way down the strip. Close to our favorite donut place, too! We will be back. It was a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay last week! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The view from the huge balcony was spectacular! We didn't have any issues. And Helen made the whole process so simple. The free beach service was a plus. I would definitely recommend this condo. Thank you Helen. I hope to return again.

The condo was just as pictured! Being able to access the condo without going to the office to get a key was great. Not having to keep up with a "house key" was even better!! The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked almost every meal in the condo the whole week we were there. I really appreciated Helen's timely responses to emails and text messages. I look forward to visiting PCB again and staying in this condo if it is available!

We will be sure to be back to Emerald Isle 1406 to stay! My family and I loved the beautiful condo and amazing view from the balcony. The condo was clean and beautiful on arrival. We saw dolphins from the balcony while relaxing and drinking our morning coffee. We typically vacation in Destin every summer but have decided Panama City Beach will be are new vacation spot. We will definately return to Emerald Isle. Helen was way to contact and respond to questions. Check in and check out was a breeze no picking up or returning keys. We were definately not ready to return home! Thank you Helen for allowing us to stay in such an amazing place!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle unit# 1406. Our group was 2 couples in our late 60's and early 70's. Ms. Phillips was great. She sent our arrival information to us early and when we arrived at the condo, everything was as she said. We could tell great care had been taken to have everything nice for her guests. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which was quite large. At the beach, we enjoyed the chairs and umbrella that came with the unit. The condo was in a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. We very much enjoyed our short time there!

We just stayed 4 nights in this condo and we were very happy with our stay! We had 2 families with 4 small children. The room was located directly in front of the elevator which made it very easy for coming and going. Our view was incredible and the balcony was HUGE! We loved the ceramic tile floors and the beautiful kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and we loved each having our own connected to our bedrooms. The pools were clean and it worked out great having 1 indoor/outdoor pool available because we had 2 babies with us. The beach or pools were never overcrowded. We had an awesome time! Thank you so much for an easy stay!!!!

We loved our stay at this condo! Ms.Helen was super sweet. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. A good selection of DVDs were provided for entertainment, although we never had time to watch them. Beds were comfy. Had strong water pressure which provided for wonderful showers. Breathtaking view from the balcony.

The condo was nice, and the owner is great to work with! It was in a convenient location to Pier Park and other great places to eat. Thomas Donut Shack became one of our nightly stops for ice cream! The large balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite part of the trip, and the free front row beach chairs was the cherry on top!

We recently stayed at Emerald Isle for a wedding we were attending. The condos were great! They were in excellent condition and all of our friends enjoyed seeing each others condos to see how they were decorated. Property was well maintained and loved the easy access of the pool and beach! Added bonus the steam room and heated pool! We will definitely recommend Emerald Isle to friends and family and we hope that we will be able to stay again as well.

This is a quiet place to stay in PCB with everything you need close by. Close enough to the busy area of Pier Park, but far enough away that you do not have to be in the thick of it. Ample space in condo, parking and amenities. Would definitely book again with Helen at Emerald Isle. We have stayed east of Pier Park previously, and although our resort was great, we were looking for a quieter scene this year and we got it!

I would give this condo a 5! It had everything we needed. I took my son and 2 of his friends on fall break! I am so glad I found this condo on VRBO. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch and the view was amazing! I appreciated the security that was around at all times. This will be my go to home when I go back to Panama City Beach!

Condo is very updated and nice! Plenty of space for a family of four. All stainless appliances with plenty of kitchen stuff to cook with! I highly recommend using any of the condos managed by Helen Phillips, she has taken care of all my condo rentals in PCB the last three years and I doubt you will find someone more willing to assist and help than she does.

The condo was wonderful and just as it is pictured. Everything was clean and up to date. We had a fantastic view of the ocean and even saw dolphins from the balcony the first night. The beach chairs included were an added bonus and the staff was friendly. The beach area in front of the hotel was never crowded and we were even able to park in the garage every night. This condo was just perfect for our family vacation. There were 5 of us, and we all slept comfortably. The balcony was amazing, and we spent most of our down time watching the waves crash onto the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, better than many other condos I have stayed in. We had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple off nights. Helen was very informative with check-in procedures in her e-mail. She was available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We will definitely book a condo with her again!

We checked in on 4th of July. Condo was extremely clean with freshly shampoo'd carpets! Can't comment on just how clean the condo was and the entire building. There was employees constantly cleaning somewhere on site to keep it nice and fresh. The condo itself had plenty of cooking utensil, and pans. The balcony is just beautiful and spacious. You could see the sting rays and dolphins right out your door. The facility was at full capacity, but it never seemed crowded. The free beach chairs was an added bonus. We can't wait to come back next year. This will become our yearly rental!

Enjoyed a great family of four vacation in Panama City in a nice condo with a spacious balcony and view of the gulf. Enjoyed collecting sand dollars, swimming near rays, and a quiet beach area. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a nice added/convenient extra. Located on the quieter end of the beach but very convenient to Grocery and restaurants. Check in process was easy and owner Helen was very accommodating. Would definitely go back again!!!
