If It's The Beaches will captivate you with enchanting views. This home offers a combination of old Florida charm and modern amenities, and it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will love the downstairs, which creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long day at the beach. This home features a queen master bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, a full guest bedroom, and a daybed with a trundle in the comma area, allowing it to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Relax in the heated spa that flows into the refreshing pool, perfect for both unwinding and cooling off. Plus, the spacious yard is ideal for family gatherings. Whatever you decide to do If It's The Beaches will show you why it is the perfect place for a relaxing beach experience.

**Up to two dogs are welcome to stay at this property for an additional $250 fee plus tax.**

*The spa is heated nightly from 6 PM to midnight. Guests may request additional heating hours for an extra fee. Please contact us for pricing details if you’d like the spa heated during the day or for extended hours.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. A trip to Shell Island is another fun family adventure, take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State Park, visit the Jetties, and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful sea life!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. We had a great stay here as an entire family (my parents, in-laws, husband, daughter and even dog). It was our first getaway since our honeymoon six years ago and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Beach access right across the street was perfect. Especially loved the individual pool and hottub. The local dive bar was also a nice touch at the end of the night. Definitely loved every minute of this vacation.

What a gem! On the west side of Panama City is exactly where we wanted to be. Less busy, more residential than businesses. The house is one street off the beach and beautiful! The heated pool and hot tub are perfect! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We felt right at home... Highly recommend!

Cute little home. Location! Location! Location! The pool made it a super plus for us. Beach access is right there. Perfect spot for relaxing! Not the spot for you if you want the in busy hustle of the main area. We love the laguna beach area, peaceful! Host was very responsive and accommodating to our stay. Until next time…
