**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee is based on maximum unit occupancy which amounts to $111.53. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based on unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests before arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, that the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Laketown Wharf guests experience some of the best amenities at the beach, including 5 different and unique pools to choose from like a kid’s pool, teen pool, kiddie water area, and an adult pool! There is also 24 hour security, private beach access, fitness center, putting green, outdoor gazebos, lake and beach views, a boardwalk, restaurants, spa tub and a spectacular fountain water show choreographed to music! For a bite to eat, enjoy Laketown Market, the perfect place to stop in for snacks and drinks, Paradise Pizza is available inside Laketown Market and can prepare all your favorite pizzas, Sunshine Bar and Grill has a full menu of delicious dining options for all ages, and Splash Bar is the ideal spot for relaxing by the pool with a drink in your hand! You can also have some fun at Shipwreck Island Waterpark about 2 miles away.

Everything was great except sheets had hair and sand on them. Not sure if they were changed after the last guest.

The condo was very clean and the host provided clear, easy to follow instructions. Beach access was great and easy to get to, and our view was beautiful. The location of the condo is great with easy access to the local Walmart as well as nearby attractions and restaurants. We were able to walk to some local places which was nice.
The only draw back, which is not the fault of the host or our specific condo, was the elevator situation at the Wharf. The elevators are constantly crowded and you will wait long periods of time to get on/off of them. Being on the 11th floor meant a beautiful view, but also meant that the stairs weren't really an option so we were stuck waiting for the elevators any time we wanted to go anywhere.
Altogether, my family enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others. The pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Unit 1120 was amazing, perfect location, beautiful view.

The location is great, unit 1120 was perfect. Nice beach view, spacious. The elevator situation is a complete nightmare, there was a none working unit at each of the 3 locations. Which resulted to very long waits and irritated crowds.

Had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and the beach. The place itself was clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the abundance of extra towels provided. However, I did have some trouble with the TVs in the rooms. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay !

It was a beautiful place well equipped with everything you needed in a great location , the owner was amazing and helped with any question or concerns we had , we had 10 people with us and it was spacious enough we wasn't on top of each other, we look forward to staying here again.
