The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the open concept living and dining areas provide breathtaking views of the Gulf. The living room includes a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping space. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the unit. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in panoramic views of the emerald-green waters below. From the 21st floor, you’ll enjoy exceptional privacy and a spectacular vantage point to observe the Gulf’s aquatic life. Built in 2006, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families. There is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade, cool off in the pool, or enjoy a game of pickleball or tennis on the courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2-bedroom units.

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent stay. The condo was very clean and tidy, the view was amazing, and the staff were very kind and helpful.While there were no chairs available for guests, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for the week from Goin’ to the beach chair rentals. The kids loved the pools, and the food at the H2O Bar and Grill was great. Additionally, the constant presence of security provided great peace of mind. Regarding the strong water pressure that others have mentioned, it actually worked wonderfully for getting sand out of long hair.Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

This unit was fantastic! Great views of the beach & the elevators in the condo were quick. Great location. However, I will say that the hot water runs out very fast! Besides that the condo is well kept & clean. Definitely would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The views were absolutely beautiful—waking up to the ocean each day was breathtaking. We stay at this resort every year, and this unit and host was by far the best we’ve experienced. The host was very responsive and attentive, especially when we had a small issue—they handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. The condo itself was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a full day and we appreciated the extra blankets that were very soft and cozy. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the overall stay at this condo. It was definitely clean! We did have trouble getting the code to work a few times. Never could get the TV’s to work but did not contact the owners about it. The beds slept great and condo was nice and cold! I did text with a question about parking. I received an immediate response and clarification! Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing Family Trip

My family and I had an amazing time. The best thing was the view from the balcony. It was absolutely phenomenal from the 21st floor. The check in was super easy and we went straight to our room without having to deal with the front office. Place was clean and had everything in the kitchen needed to make food.
