Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2006, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Highly recommend and great place to stay

Location is perfect, right in the beach, view is incredible and the condo has more than enough space Would like to have a map or list of where everything is, like all the pools, Starbucks, etc

Great location

We liked the size of the condo and the location. The condo could have been cleaned better. The parking deck is difficult. There is barely enough room for two vehicles to pass each other when one is coming in and one is leaving.

Wonderful balcony

The place was well equipped, had nice furniture and was overall nice. The second bedroom is a queen, not a king. The balcony was splendid.

Beachin' with the Fam!!

Perfect location!! Sooooo clean! Great views. Condo is on the end of 8th floor. Great privacy. Walking distance to everything. This was the most spacious, practical floor plan for our family!! Bar area, large laundry, plenty of storage area for beach towels, chairs, toys, coolers, suitcases, etc. 3 balcony access doors, 2 separate balconies, front & back, one for each bedroom. Large bunk bed room with a closet. Plenty of room for queen air mattress. Huge kitchen high bar. The staff is friendly and constantly keeping everything clean! Loved parking/loading set up.

Wonderful

It was a beautiful place plenty of room for our family of 8 , location was great, staff was great, building was nice and clean . The dry in the room left black stuff all over our clothes ruining a lot of them . Beds need new mattresses they are very thin almost and uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on the floor. It also lacked boiler pans to cook , we had to buy some and we left them so hopefully the next family doesn't run into the problem of going to cook and no boilers.

We loved it and will be back.

Apartment was bigger than expected. Beautiful place. Beautiful ocean views. Security is active all hours of the day patrolling so only guests can enjoy facilities. We never heard sounds from any of the other apartments above, below, or beside us. The facilities stayed clean and smelled of cleaning supplies but not overwhelmingly so. Not pictured in the listing is a gaming room with a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table which was a nice surprise. You have to call a security guard and sign out all the equipment with a valid drivers license and can only use it for an hour. All of the pools and hot tubs were enjoyed by our family. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Several cafes and restaurants on site. A Starbucks with select menu. We felt like this end of Front Beach road was quieter than anywhere else we’ve been. We will definitely be back and we would LOVE to be in this same apartment. My very only complaint if I’m being super picky is that this specific apartment had appliances that were a little older. The washer and dryer were incredibly loud and we couldn’t run them at night. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was broken upon arrival as well as a knob on a drawer by the sink with the wine fridge. I was worried we might be charged for things that we didn’t break.

Spring Break Fun

I took my family and friends for a few days to Panama City Beach for the college students to have some fun for their Spring Break. The checkin process was smooth after I contacted management about the checkin procedures. Since I was out of the country prior to the trip, I missed an email requesting the ages of those who will be staying at the property prior to them sending me the checkin details. This was different for me because I’ve never had to provide this type of information at other properties I’ve stayed at in the past. The property itself was nice but it could use some renovations. The curtains in the master bedroom were torn on the bottom and the furniture on the porch was showing signs of rust. Overall, the unit was clean and I would stay there again.
