The condo is spacious, beautiful and very well kept. Close to shopping, restaurants and all kinds of fun activities. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a wonderful time!

Unit is well maintained. Very clean and comfy. Has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and will stay with these folks again. We did have problem with the ac after a storm. Owners sent someone same day for a fix. Fast communication. Easy to work with. Only complaint, not owners fault. We were not able to use the hot tub on any night we were there. Large groups were there every night. Hot tub is way to small for size of property. Not their fault. Everything else is great..but, if this is an amenity you are wanting. Id ask for another recommendation of their properties.

I would definitely return to stay again. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well as the exercise room. The elevator was quick. We slept well and had a great time.

The condo was beautiful and very clean!! The balcony was HUGE and had an amazing view. We loved how easy check-in was and that we had an assigned parking spot for the week. We never had to wait for elevators like all other places we have stayed in the past during Spring Break. Parking was right around the corner when you get off the elevators. This made it nice for getting luggage/groceries up to the condo. Location was good. Walmart was within walking distance. The only issue we had all week was the code we were given for pool/beach access quit working half way through the week. Another guest gave us the code they were using and it worked the rest of our time. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time!!

This condo is great! Close to anything we wanted and needed. We travel to Panama City quite often and first time staying in this condo and we will most definitely stay again. This condo is great for the price. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Beach access is wonderful!

Very nice but shower curtain was moldy, pillows were old and stained. TV in first room on left doesn’t work. Their were 30 of us all together we had 3 4 bedroom condos and our 3 bedroom one it was so nice to all be in same place. We try to go as a family 30 to 50 of us we usually Cruise but this was a nice change when we were right there together. All and all we would go again. Thank you

I was a little concerned when I read some of the other reviews regarding the elevators and the parking. The parking was tight but I appreciate that they assigned you at least one space for your room. The overflow parking lot was not an issue but I think that was because we came at a time that wasn’t overly crowded. We had two family members that had to park the car in the pay parking lot behind the overflow lot. That lot was very convenient to the condo with plenty of parking. We had no issues with the elevators. The pool area was clean. The condo was in a great location. We stayed in room 2202. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for the week. I would definitely stay at the Ocean Ritz again.

Staff around resort were very helpful & friendly. Condo was missing a few things & once I called ECD —they had the items to us asap. Only 1 elevator worked the 7 weeks we were there but did not have to wait very long. The parking spaces are very tight though!!

The place was great.. friendly people.. awesome room and area.. renovations above my room at the time started at 8am was annoying but understandable, elevator situation was irritating at times but again understandable with the amount of people there..

I have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The balcony views are amazing! Manager was very helpful with answering questions we had. Parking was in tight spots but manageable even with our SUV. Elevator wait times weren't bad until checkout times. Over all very pleased and will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay, my only problem was the extra fee we had to pay since we were under 25. Not sure why this is really a thing. Seems like it’s just an extra way to get money.

It was very nice overall. Freshly remodeled with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had rain the night before we left and had to take all our luggage down 22 stories because the elevators broke and nobody ever came to fix it in at least 8 hours. For some reason there was water pouring out of the elevators. Other than that it was perfect. One of the things I didn't expect were the beautiful sunsets that you could see from the porch. It faces slightly west which is perfect for this. Beach was also very nice and the kids loved the pool. One other nice thing is because you are so high you can see all the wildlife in the ocean including stingrays and dolphins. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and believe it or not we were pretty comfortable. All the kids were 10 and under and were cousins so that had alot to do with it.

This is probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The decor was wonderful and the updates were very nice. We absolutely loved the location. It’s right across the the street from an awesome little breakfast place and a daiquiri shop too. The views can’t be beat, we saw dolphins every single day of our trip. The kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn’t cook much while we were there. The extra touches such as beach toys and chairs was so nice. The balcony had plenty of seating. 5 stars would stay again!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was the perfect getaway and we will definitely come back.

This condo is beautiful! Everything was perfect! I was delighted to find that the heated pool and hot tub were open in February. My kids were so happy! Will be staying again in the future.
