Welcome to your getaway at Ocean Villa 2004! This 20-floor condo has a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo that features a spectacular 180-degree panoramic Gulf view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. This condo offers a king master bedroom with balcony access a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a four-course dinner in your well-equipped kitchen. The inviting living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie and some popcorn. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your large private balcony as you view the white sand beach and watch the waves crash against the shore. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available within the condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this 23-story resort is within walking distance of several shopping options, restaurants, and area attractions. The enclosed walkover ensures safety and comfort while crossing the street from the 3-story covered parking deck. Guests staying in this resort will have access to many exciting amenities including 2 swimming pools (outdoor pool and seasonally heated indoor pool), an oversized hot tub, a grilling area, and an exercise room with a sauna and steam room! This exclusive complex has high-speed elevators and only 125 total properties.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. This was the perfect spot for our spring break trip!! The view is immaculate!! Right in the beach, walkable to Pineapple Willie’s, Surf Style shopping and the most delicious breakfast/brunch spot directly across the street! The pools were beautiful and the hot tub was huge!! With being on the 20th floor, we did not have to wait long for elevators which I had read is a problem at other places. The condo itself was clean and the decor was super cute and beachy!! Kitchen was pretty much fully stocked, although it could use some Tupperware, but I brought Ziploc baggies so it all worked out! I also had to reach out because we needed arm bands and a parking pass, and I was helped out immediately and they were brought to our condo within an hour or two! Loved everything would definitely rent again!!!

We took a last minute spring break trip with our family of 5 and this was perfect for us. The view was perfect, easy to access the beach, great restaurants and plenty to do with our kiddos. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Location was perfect. We never had issues with parking. We loved our stay so much we booked an extra night while we were there. Loved the close access to the beach and both pools. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect after a long day at the beach, the water stayed nice and cool. All in all we would book here again.
