Regency Towers 1204

We stayed at this Condo for a week and had a great time. The place was just as described. There are occasional lines for the elevator but the wait wasn't unbearable. We love to cook, so we made good use of the spacious kitchen! It even had a crockpot among other essential appliances. The pools were nice and not too crowded. The tiki Bar/hut by the pool had drinks and bar like food available. Even dip in dots was on site. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Regency Towers a few times. The location is great. Elevators are not so great -- at check in time but that is to be expected. No complaints about this condo (except maybe add an ice cream scoop? LOL) The mattresses and pillows were great - which is not always the case in a rental.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed during our stay and was clean and comfortable. The property manager(s) were very easy to reach for any questions we had. This unit is the first condo on the West side of building (nearest the Ocean) but still has a wide, unobstructed/fabulous view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and living areas. The balcony size is a little small for a typical three-bedroom unit, but still met our needs. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Quiet condo a way from college spring breakers. Pool and beach area were very clean. Owners responded very quickly with all questions/concerns. Master bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with needed appliances and dishes.

The condo was perfect for our February getaway! The view from the balcony was fantastic! Kitchen was stock with enough cooking pots and pans! Wasn’t sure about being on the twelfth floor! But, already booked for next year and adding additional days!

Location was great and condo was perfect! A few small things need addressed but they wwre very minor. Bathtub in master bath wont hold water to take a bath, Remotes in the bedroom with the queen bed are missing batteries and/or dont work. Had turn on using buttons on tv and the xfinity remote had no batteries. Freezer was maxed out on high with tape over the controls so when opened door the entire freezer was filled with ice. I still rate this is 5 stars because it had no affect on our stay! I had read some bad reviews because of the property Regency Towers which is separate from this condo. We however didnt experience any issues. Check in and out was smooth no issues. The property is under 24 hour guard and gate so that was great. Loved the heated pool and the hot tub and private access to the beach! The picture doesnt do this condo justice on the view from the balcony. You are on the side of the building but the view is still amazing! Overall would definitely make the same decision!!

My family stayed at this property the week of Nov. 15-21, 2020. We drove down from North Carolina and forgot to take into consideration the time zone difference. We arrived in town well before check in time. We were tired from being in a car for ten hours. I messaged the property owners to see if we could check in early. Within minutes, they responded saying the room was ready and we could go on in. Check in was effortless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got into our room I noticed a problem with one of the beds. The leg was not attached to the frame properly. I messaged the condo owners and the next day the bed was fixed. Another positive about the condo is that it was like a gated community complete with 24 hr security. My family and I loved our stay and the helpfulness of the staff and condo owners made it that much better. Highly recommend this condo to anyone that needs a vacation.

I like the fact that there is always security guards and a security gate. I enjoyed being right on beach. All the kids loved the pool. It is a very smart idea that Bikini Bobs is right by the pool - that was very convenient!!!

This was a nice stay overall! The property was definitely clean, the owners have updated appliances, counter tops and flooring. The furniture isn't as updated, but not bad. We communicated well with the owners prior to the stay. However, we noticed a few things in the condo that we wanted to report to them when we arrived, just to make them aware of, but we didn't hear back, which would've been ok except for the fact that one of the issues were that the full sized bed to the bunk was broken underneath, which made our girls scared to sleep on it, but we improvised to avoid dampening the trip, so it worked out. The property is located on the beach with nice views and amenities, including beach chairs so you don't have to rent them, huge plus as they were ALL rented out! We would definitely stay again!

We had 8 in our group. The unit worked well for us. It was a nice location in the beach away from the crowded strip which made it easy to get around. The property was could have been center maintained. The 3 elevators were very slow and often full. Sometimes the wait was very long and we chose the stairs. The stairwells and elevators were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The beach and amenities were great and our group really enjoyed every moment.

We suggest that everyone use the 2 elevators on the end of the building as the one by the pool is the busiest. The humidity in the enclosed stairwell makes that area musty. We apologize for that. Our stay at this location was great! We stayed Sunday to Friday and wish we would have stayed longer. This property had a great security system as people monitored the parking lot, was in the perfect location because it was farther away from all of the big crowds but still close to town, and was extremely clean. We were even able to see dolphins from our balcony! We were under a boil water advisory during our stay, but the amount of pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies helped make our stay more relaxing. We will definitely be looking into renting this property again in the future!

This unit was perfect for our family. The complex offered secure parking, nice pool/beach and even inexpensive food and drinks at poolside snack bar. Complex was close to many restaurants and other family attractions. Very close to Captain Anderson’s marina if you like to fish or watch the fishing charter boats return with their catch. 3 spacious bedrooms offered privacy and each had its own tv so kids could watch whatever they wanted. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved, loved, loved the property. What would I change? I rented a 3 bedroom with 4 adults and one child however beach chair service was only included for two. Other than that and the tv not working in the child's room, I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!! I just wish I would have known about VRBO sooner but now that I do it will ALWAYS be my preferred booking company!! Our agent in Florida was AWESOME!! He was always prompt in returning my texts and that was so appreciated!! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Thank you for making our family vacation a huge success!!

On the best beach and area around. The property is dated but they have done a really good job of making it the best that it can be. The room was completely redone. The bar and grill beside the pool was excellent in service and price. The pool and fitness area was excellent. The beach services were excellent. The reduced August rates were great. We would stay here again.

My husband and I and 4 of our kids (two in their early 20s and two in their teens) stayed in this unit for a week at the end of July into early August 2019. The unit was exactly as pictured, updated, clean and perfect for our family! We weren't in the condo much other than cooking breakfast and sleeping and everything worked great! Everyone we met at the property (guests and employees) and in the Panama City Beach area were very friendly and always had great suggestions of what to do and where to go. Sherry was very responsive with just a question or two I had, but we had no issues whatsoever with the unit or the property in general. Bikini Bob's was great with inexpensive drinks and food that were not only cheap, but also great quality. The property is also a short drive from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go, too. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay right on the beach in a clean and beautiful unit that is great for families and couples!

We truly enjoyed our little stay! We stayed during the Fourth of July so it was super packed. There was a minor water issue that was fixed immediately and they were very informative! The elevator wait times were a bit lengthy but it was a holiday weekend! Management was super helpful as well! Overall, no complaints! We will definitely be back!

Had a great vacation in this condo. Having multiple pools with the tiki bar that served food at reasonable prices was a huge plus. Nice beach that wasn't super crowded in June was great. We had all positive encounters with staff. Condo was very clean and had many updates. Good location and near plenty of local restaurants, bars and touristy shops.

The condo was excellent, the owners were helpful and responsive. Although the condo is a bit dated, the owners have done some upgrades (the new floors are beautiful). The condo is clean and well maintained. It is a great place for a family vacation. The building and its amenities are great as well, it was hard to keep the kids out of the water.

Such a great trip!! Regency Towers is a great complex for anyone looking to have a good time, whether it be a relaxing or a get-up-and-go trip. On top of a beautiful view and well-kept condo, owners responded promptly to all of my questions and were genuinely concerned with us having a good time. We were having issues with one of the TVs one night and they were going to come over personally and see if they could get it working. Our only issue was not enough bath towels for an 8-person condo, but that was easily fixed with extra beach towels and a load of laundry. This condo was a very good price for a well-kept unit. Overall I would recommend 10/10!!
