Welcome to Sands of Laguna B1, a beautiful beachfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo designed for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Located on the lower floor, this inviting unit offers easy access with only about five steps from the parking area, plus a convenient wheelchair ramp leading directly to the front door. Start your mornings on the spacious deck overlooking the Gulf, where you can sip your coffee while taking in the stunning beach views.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, which offers gorgeous beach views and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two twin beds and one full bed, with easy access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal during your stay. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

We had a great 7 day vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable. Location was an absolute dream. So close to the beach we didn't feel the need to carry a ton of stuff down with us. We were initially told that we would be able to park our second vehicle across the street from the condo. However, upon arrival, we learned that there was an additional $200 fee to park the second vehicle. Fortunately, our host was unaware of this unexpected charge and promptly reimbursed us for the cost. It was a great place to stay right along the beach. We're a family of 5 and it fit us nicely with 3 beds in one room for the kids and a master bedroom with an additional bathroom for us parents. Amazing location right off the beach. Loved waking up and falling asleep to the ocean. They have everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable.
