The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Step out onto the private balcony to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the incredible beach views. Guests also have access to a sparkling beachfront pool, and the beach is just steps away. Located just minutes from Pier Park, you'll be close to top dining, shopping, and local attractions. This condo is exactly as it looks on the website. You open the door to the condo and your breath is taken away by the beautiful views of the Gulf.
The entire condo was absolutely perfect. Kitchen has everything that we needed. Bathrooms were spotless. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed, beds very comfortable.
I hope we get an opportunity to travel here again in the future.
Emerald Coast Vacations were easy to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them in the future.

Girls Getaway

Oh my goodness - where to start??? We THOROUGHLY ENJOYED our stay, this condo and the owner are AMAZING! The area is very safe, yet close to everything you'll need. Parking is plentiful and close. Easy elevator access and luggage carts are right there. The staircases are even very clean and have huge windows on each floor, so nicely lit - even at night. The condo is large - 2 big bedrooms and two full baths. Both have large closets. The master BR has a dual vanity and huge tub as well as the walk-in shower. Perfectly appointed kitchen and laundry room. Plenty of seating in the family room. And the balcony - WOW! Lots of seating, we loved the fact the chairs were higher so you can see unobstructed over the railing. The owner was top-notch to work with. We had our pet with us - great grassy areas out front with doggy bags and trash cans available. The beach is lovely here, not crowed and the condo comes with two beach lounge chairs which share a large umbrella which are set up every morning. You can purchase additional set-ups if you wish, I believe it was 30. for each day (we only did this once when friends came by). Great option though. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a great getaway!

We loved the condo we stayed in! It was very clean up to date and in a great location. Our property manager Kendall was in touch with me checking to see that everything was good. I’ve rented through her for the past two years and plan to keep using them. I love staying at SeaChase! They are quite more family oriented.

Great experience and gorgeous view!

We chose this property as a resting place for a week after my husband’s recent surgery. The wide ocean views from every window, and comfortable recliners in the living room made this the perfect spot for us. It was great to be able to pop right out to the beach without driving or even walking across streets with our kids. We had everything we needed and prompt communication with the owner when we had questions and just from her checking in via text to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Seachase is a wonderful complex and this unit 301E is a star. The unit was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Kendall was super responsive and checked up on us throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay again!

Great property and host

This condo layout is great. Its really long and both bedrooms with king beds have views of the beach. The property could use some updating. elevator issues and some leaking due to Hurricane Ida. But overall a great unit and perfect host. she checked on us all week.

Tropical storm in style

This is our first stay at this condo--we love Seachase and have stayed in two others. This one is lovely and afforded us all that we needed to enjoy a stay-in during the storm Fred. 201 E and 301 E are my favorites so far. They have been updated and and my hubby enjoyed our anniversary get-a-way. Thanks so much

Five Star Stay!

We enjoyed our seven day stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was beautiful and clean, and management checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! The beach was beautiful and I know that we will rent this unit again in the future!

Perfect and spacious

The process was easy and Kendall was great to work with. She went out of way to make sure we had a fridge to use until the new one that was put in the day we were to arrive, was cold enough for our groceries. Checked in to how our stay was going. So happy to have a place we can bring our dog. Not too many options out there and the unit provided everything we needed to have a great vacay.

60th Birthday

I wanted to go all out for my birthday this year so I picked the most beautiful area and looked for a great condo on the beach. This condo was perfect!! The beach was perfect. The area was perfect. Our stay was perfect. We had such a wonderful time. We had one small problem while there and it was taken are of immediately. I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone who wants to be away from the crazy beach goers and enjoy the peaceful oceanfront that is offered here. I would do this again in a heartbeat!!

Our room was fantastic! It was very clean and true to the pictures. No disappointment with the view it was spectacular. Only downfall is there is no grill on the property to use to cook which would have made it perfect. Definitely would stay again.

2019 Beach vacation

Had a great stay at this condo. Loved layout and view. Location was great and convenient to everything. Kitchen faucet needs a new cartridge. There was no hot water. Also, if they could supply a hair dryer that would be great. Other than that the stay was perfect! Thank you!

Had a great stay

Easy to stay with the dog, easy to get to the beach, no waits on the elevator. There was one issue with the toilet and a bedroom door handle but maintenance responded immediately and fixed the problem.
