Welcome to Sugar Beach Condo B-14! This 3BR/3BA is just a stone's throw from the stunning Gulf of Mexico, Sugar Beach B14 invites you to experience beachfront beauty, pristine shores, and unforgettable moments. The condo has many amenities for you and your family to enjoy. Your private balcony overlooks the tennis courts and has partial gulf views. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in your new appliance-equipped kitchen. 1st floor you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On 2nd floor, you will find 2 Master bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and twin/twin bunk bed. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. *Please note: The top bunk bed has a weight limit and is intended for children or smaller individuals only as it's not suitable for full-grown adults.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**Please note: There are two separate non-refundable pet fees totaling $300. A $150 plus tax pet fee is charged by the property, and an additional $150 fee is required by the HOA at the time of guest registration at the on-site office. Only one dog is allowed per reservation, with a maximum weight of 45 lbs.

**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $37 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days. If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **

Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf-front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! Please note there is no elevator at this property. You’ll be surrounded by local eateries including a short walk to Hammerhead Fred's or Longboards. Also close by is Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Sugar Beach is located near gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr. and North Lagoon Dr. is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also a short drive away.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. The codes to the gate and door were available on day of arrival so we were able to enter the unit right away. We parked right in front of our entrance. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed to prepare a couple of dinners and almost all of our other meals. We made good use of the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The two balconies overlooked the tennis courts and pond. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The beach access was easy and the chairs with umbrellas were an added bonus! We were able to walk to dinner one night and there were other places in short driving distance. Just enough room for the ten of us. We had a great vacation!

This is a great place to stay! Private beach, beach chairs and umbrella’s included. Newly renovated. The only negative is we had 9 grown people and it was crowded. The bunk beds have a weight limit and were small for grown kids. If you have littles it won’t seem as cramped.

Awesome Condo!!!

We loved everything about our stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The extra bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas included made the trip even better not having so much to haul to the beach. We will be back!

We loved staying here! The place was modern beach themed a well appointed with obvious upgrades. Very roomy bedrooms and baths! The condo can sleep ten 10, but the living area and kitchen would be very tight with that many people.
We loved having second and third story balconies which gave us privacy to sit outside.
The condo resort property was wonderful. It was very clean, quiet and plenty to do on property with two tennis courts, corn hole, shuffle board, in ground pool and club room with ping pong table and space to play games, take a break from the beach or pool. The private beach: super close access right on property! It was very clean and not crowded at all (we went during spring break). The included chairs and umbrella made visiting the beach extra nice!
Close, easy parking!
We chose this place because we could bring our dog. There were many dog owners there, everyone was responsible with their dogs and our settled in like it was home.
