The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new appliances, a dining table for four, and two additional seats at the breakfast counter—perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a wall-mounted TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed with its own wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom includes a full-size daybed, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a Roku TV/monitor that can be used for streaming or connecting your laptop (bring your own HDMI cord) —ideal for working vacations or extended stays. Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play is available to make your stay even more convenient and comfortable. Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch swing, spend your days soaking up the sun and surf, and unwind in the evenings with games, movies, or a good book. Some must-see, must-try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Top Golf and putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! A trip to Shell Island is another fun family adventure, take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State Park, visit the Jetties, and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful ocean life!

Rosemary Beach is only 4 miles away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center with a w/coffee shop, bike, and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are just a few. Emerald Coast Retreats does not rent to groups of guests under the age of 25 through Airbnb. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 25 years old and will serve as the primary cardholder and responsible party for the reservation.
