Welcome to The Blue Marlin, your dream beach cottage located in the highly desirable and picturesque West End of Panama City Beach, less than half a mile from the sugar-white sands. This charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal character, with a wide range of complimentary amenities designed to elevate your stay. Inside, you’ll find beach-themed décor, unique artwork, and a fun retro vibe that creates a relaxed and inviting coastal ambiance. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious kitchen is perfect for whipping up a delicious meal and features an island with two barstools as well as a dining table with seating for four. There is also a dedicated desk workspace, making it easy to catch up on work or plan your next beach adventure. The Blue Marlin is especially well-equipped for both beach lovers and families. Guests enjoy access to a variety of included amenities such as bikes, a paddleboard, fishing gear for both adults and children, and an assortment of beach essentials including umbrellas, chairs, and a beach wagon. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout the home, including beach toys like boogie boards and toddler sand toys, as well as indoor conveniences such as a high chair, pack-n-play, and kid-friendly kitchenware—making this an ideal, family-friendly getaway. Step outside and enjoy the beautifully updated landscaping along with additional features like an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, a cornhole gaming area, and a picnic space that’s perfect for entertaining family and friends. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
