The place is exactly like the pictures! Great views rain or shine. Emerald Coasts are great hosts and very responsive. We had an issue with water pressure in the master bath and they had it repaired same day. I like a firm bed but these beds were extremely firm and my wife and I woke up sore every morning. Only had one issue with the air conditioning on the last night of our stay. The temp in the condo would not drop below 77 degrees until about 5 am. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will be back!

Just like the pictures. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed for our week at the beach right there in the kitchen. Elevators was sometimes aggravating due to the wait time but most of the time it was a short wait. Need a better broom or vacuum charger to clean up daily sand. Overall we loved it and plan to come back.

I loved the view! Having a kitchen fully supplied with everything needed was a bonus. Plus the washer and dryer made our week better. It was difficult to reach the owner. We had a problem with kitchen plumbing and I called all numbers provided. They did get the problem fixed quickly. Front door lock was a bit tricky but information on site was provided but I had to search for it.

The room was clean, like a picture, and the staff was helpful with plenty of kitchenware. We would rent again and enjoy the beach accessories we left for future guests. The elevator was initially annoying, but once we were there for a day, we realized the right side of the building elevators arrived quicker.

Wonderful

We were very satisfied with my family, very large space and excellent view of the beach… I do not recommend to stay in emerald coast,because of the wait for the elevators it is a nightmare especially if you stay up to the 23rd floor many times the wait is 45 minutes.. The mattresses are not the best and the roll slat of the beds fell off about 2 times, the bathroom curtain needs to be replaced because it was super dirty at the bottom and had a bad smell..I love to cook and they don’t have enough pots and pans.

I had a great time and so did my family. Everything about Tidewater was great!

Everything about the condo was nice and the beachfront was very pretty. When elevators were being slow employees would get on them to make sure it went smoothly so the wait time for an elevator wouldn't be as ridiculous.. Most other condos won't "direct" elevators.

Upon arrival I had some trouble getting in but that’s because I missed an email from Emerald Coast with the login details to get the access codes. Despite that we had an amazing stay in #2308 at the Tidewater Resort. The condo was just as pictured, spacious, clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and everyday we got the best view of the sunset. We were able to see turtles, schools of fish and the odd shark passing by in the early mornings with the use of binoculars. The pools were great and we spent a lot of time in the inside pool as it was a bit windy outside and cooler. The elevators were fast. Being right on the beach was incredible and we took my daughter down there every day and she loved every minute of it. We were super close by to restaurants and pier park and other attractions. We were really sad to leave the condo and go home. We needed more days as 4 nights just wasn’t enough to do everything that we wanted to. We made some magical memories!

PERFECT!!!! I am a single mom with three little ones at home. We decided to embark on Panama this year for our spring break trip. This took was both affordable and beautiful. it was nothing short of perfect. Everything was super close, even Walmart! The room was exactly as described! The host checked on us and was amazingly nice, I thought I was in trouble because I was about 15 min late checking out. However all the host did was ask us if we were OK and did we need anything. My kids enjoyed the amenities and the beach access. If I actually had to pick one bad thing I would just say it takes a second to get an elevator, but it's a big building so it makes sense. Than you for allowing us to use your place, we will be back!
